Target gene description: Using quantitative realtime PCR (qRT-PCR) in A375 melanoma cells, we observed a marked decrease in EZH2 mRNA under treatment with these NF-kB inhibitors.Similar to NF-kB2 silencing, NIK silencing strongly decreased the total NF-kB activity and abolished EZH2 promoter transcriptional activity. NF-kB2 overexpression (referred as o/e) in the melanocytes strongly increased EZH2 expression.
