| Description: | Our data showed that ectopic expression of SOX1 increased number of cells in G1 while decreasing number of cells in S phase in Hep3B cells.In Hep3B cells,SOX1 expression significantly enhanced the protein level of p21 and p27 but suppressed expression of CDK4 and CDK6 as compared with the control cells.We found that expression of SOX1 in Hep3B cells could enhance the signal of SA-β-gal staining. |
