Description: | Some Ishbcat#7 cells with nuclear β-catenin expression demonstrated increase in size, and were more spread and flattened and multinucleated but not squamoid in appearance .After tetracycline treatment, there was an increase in numbers of senescence-like Ish-tet#8 cells similar to the case with Ish-bcat#7 cells. Four and five days after tetracycline treatment, SA-β-gal-positive cells were significantly increased with Ish-tet#8, but not the mock clones. |
