Description: | The effect of CD38 on the proliferation of 5-8F cells was examined using a CCK-8 assay. The results demonstrated that CD38 promoted the proliferation of 5-8F cells .Acolony formation assay was performed. The results indicated that the high expression of CD38 clone number is increased, compared with the control group; The results demonstrated that the number of β-galactosidase-positive 5-8F/CD38 cells was reduced, compared with 5-8F/Vector cells. Additionally, it was demonstrated that CD38 overexpression reduced cellular senescence in NPC cells.This demonstrated that CD38 promoted S phase DNA replication and promoted the proliferation of NPC cells. |
