Description: | Restoration of HIC1 function with 5-aza-dC treatment leaded to a reduction in cell proliferation, obvious cell senescence, cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, accompanied with acetylated p53 and p21WAF1 of Cip1 upregulation.Compared to untreated cells, cell proliferation of PANC-1, BXPC-3 and AsPC-1 treated with 5-aza-dC were significantly repressed . After treated with 5-aza-dC, the senescence positive rate of PANC-1, BXPC-3 and AsPC-1 cells were 43.6 ± 4.0, 69.9 ± 3.3 and 12.2 ± 2.2 %, all of which were significantly higher than in corresponding control group.Compared with control group, 5-aza-dC treated cells in G1/G0 phase were notably increased . |
