Description: | GOT2 knockdown significantly elicited senescence in PDAC cells and also resulted in morphological changes, impaired PDAC growth and accumulation of cells in the G1 phase. Next, we found that overexpression of human GOT2 in PDAC cells can rescue the induction of senescence by GOT2 knockdown. |

Remarkably, silencing of p27 almost completely diminished senescence induction. |
