Description: | Treatment with anti-IGFBP4 and/or anti-IGFBP7 blocked the pro-senescence activity of CM-P10 even at the lowest concentration tested .It is to be noted that the simultaneous treatment with both anti-IGFBP4 and anti-IGFBP7 provided an enhanced reduction of senescence induced by CM-P10 on P1 MSC.treatment of CM-P10 with both anti-IGFBP4 and anti-IGFBP7 showed a significant reduction of the apoptosis level. CM-P10 treatment with anti-IGFBP4 or anti-IGFBP7 showed a significant increase of cell proliferation rates with respect to P1 MSC cultured with untreated CM-P10 at 72?h.the simultaneous addition of both rIGFBP4 and rIGFBP7 increased MSC senescence and induced apoptosis at the highest concentration assayed . |
