An enlarged cellular morphology is consistent with cells that have entered senescence.CDCA3 depletion resulted in an increased proportion of cells staining positive for SA-β-gal. |

Quantification of the immunofluorescence with high content microscopy demonstrated a >3 fold increase in nuclear p21 in all NSCLC cell lines with the exception of A549 cells which demonstrated a ~2 fold increase in p21 protein. |
