Description: We then detected the number of senescent cells by using senescence-associated beta-galactosidase assay. We observed that silencing of either NTN4 or ITGB4 significantly induced U251MG cell senescence. Next we explored the effects of exogenous recombinant NTN4 on TMZ induced senescence. NTN4 significantly inhibited U251MG cell senescence induced by TMZ.
