Description: We also found that overexpression of SOX1 in HONE1 cells enhanced SA-β-gal staining.Ectopic expression of SOX1 increased the number of cells in the G1/G0 phase (from 67.77?±?0.9% to 71.82?±?1.05%) and decreased the number of cells in the G2/M phase (from 12.7?±?0.10% to 9.3?±?0.10%) in HONE1 cells.
