Description: | PAI-1 knockdown resulted in concomitant decrease in extracellular IGFBP3 levels and suppression of senescence induction. These results suggest that doxorubicin-induced DNA damage enhances the secretion of PAI-1, which in turn results in elevated extracellular IGFBP3 and induction of senescence in MCF-7 cells. |
