| Target gene description: | The growth-inhibitory effect of NUAK1 was largely reverted when LKB1 activity was inhibited by either expression of a dominantnegative form or by its knockdown .NUAK1 and LA TS1by performing co-immunoprecipitation assays on extracts from cells co-expressing NUAK1 and LATS1. Interestingly, NUAK1 was detected in the LATS1 immunoprecipitate. We next repeated the immunoprecipitation experiment with endogenous proteins. Once again, NUAK1 protein was found in the LATS1 immunoprecipitate. |
