Description: DIRAS3 KD cells displayed a cytoplasm with thin and long processes and a significant number of these cells became flat, resembling the morphological features of the premature senescence phenotype induced by oncogenic assault in primary human fibroblasts . As demonstrated by cytochemical staining and FACS analyses using a fluorogenic substrate C12FDG,DIRAS3 KD led to a significant increase in the number of senescenceassociated β-galactosidase (SA-β-GAL) positive ASCs and to a significant increase in cell size .
