Description: | In the present study, the positive rate of SA-β-gal staining has reached 95% in the NaDC3-infected MRC-5 cells at PD 37, which was significantly increased than those in the uninfected and control vector infected cells. When examining cellular morphology of the infected cells, we observed significant senescent morphological changes in the NaDC3-infected cells. The results by DAPI staining showed that NaDC3 could also induce similar premature cellular senescence in the WI-38 cells. |
