Option explanation:
When users input a TF name, TRlnc will identify associated lncRNAs, whose transcriptional regulatory regions (promoter, enhancer and chromatin accessibility) bound by the TF.
1) TF name: The TF official name.
2) Biosample name: Biosample name consists of cell/tissue/cell line name.
3) LncRNA source:Source of lncRNA, including GENCODE and NONCODE.
4) LncRNA promoter region: Promoter region of lncRNA, including 2kb/1kb, 5kb/1kb, 10kb/1kb and 20kb/1kb.

Number of lncRNAs associated with TFs



Option explanation:
When users input a SNP ID, TRlnc will identify associated lncRNAs, whose transcriptional regulatory regions (promoter, enhancer and chromatin accessibility) are annotated by the SNP.
1) SNP ID: Only the SNP ID can be supported (Common SNP of dbSNP150 Build).
2) LncRNA source:Source of lncRNA, including GENCODE and NONCODE.
3) LncRNA promoter region: Promoter region of lncRNA, including 2kb/1kb, 5kb/1kb, 10kb/1kb and 20kb/1kb.
