  Function Introduction

LncSEA 2.0 introduces the gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) algorithm to enrich the related gene sets of lncRNA. The list of differential genes input by users and the corresponding differential analysis indicators (such as log2 fold change) refer to the rank list L of GSEA. If the members of a gene set S are significantly located at the top or bottom of L under the threshold of P<0.01, it indicates that the corresponding set is significantly enriched.
